I found the rubbish around Loutraki disturbing, it’s everywhere especially around the periphery of the town. It’s not only a local government issue. it’s down to all of us to keep the town clean.
What i found strange is that generally Greek people all very clean when it comes to their home, but don’t seem to care mush when it comes to outside their home.
They seem to throw rubbish especially in dry river beds, even though all this rubbish will eventually end up in the sea when the rain season starts. Don’t they worry that in a few months they and their children will be swimming amongst this rubbish in the sea? or eating microplastics through fish?
obviously not!
